ANAP / NAFA - 2008

REGULATION

Fine Arts Painters and Sculptors are invited to participate of the international Art Competition - 2010, organized by National Academy of Fine Arts - an international non profit cultural institution.
Will be accepted entries in the academic or modern category of original art works: Sculpture, oil on canval, acrylic, drawing and water colour. The subject choice is free, except copies, nudes, eletronic art or made by computer. Each artist can submit as many works as wished, sending a photography of the work (format 8x10 inches or A4 format , aprox.20x27cm) and pay the entrie fee of US$ 25,00 for each submited work. For sculptures will be needed 2 fotos of different sides of each sculpture submited.

The entry form must be full filled, signed and followed by the bank deposit or cash inside the envelope. The photos of the works must be identified on the back: Artist´s name and address, work´s name, media (oil, acrilic, etc), size and year.
All material above has to be posted until October 16th, 2010 and to be sent to:

SELECTION AND AWARDS

In each category, academic and modern, all selected artists will receive a diploma and will be featuring at our web site. The best works will receive the following awards:

Academic:

1st: Gold Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
2nd: Silver Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
3rd: Bronze Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
4th to 12th: Honorable mentions

Modern:

1st: Gold Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
2nd: Silver Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
3rd: Bronze Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
4th to 12th: Honorable mentions

Sculpture:

1st: Gold Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
2nd: Silver Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
3rd: Bronze Medal + Art Brushes Kit (condor)
4th to 12th: Honorable mentions

The winners list will be available until December 2010 at www.anap.art.br
If you don’t receive your diploma until December , please let us know to solve any problem. The prizes will be sent by mail.

NAFA is authorized by all selected artists in this competition, without additional costs to both parts , to exhibit their names and works at the web site www.anap.art.br . The artists don’t need at any time to send the original works, since only the photos will be exhibited. The jury will be composed by NAFA´s Council and an important guest from the art field. All artists accept the jury’s decision without exception.

Note: Each artist must provide to himself a copy of the submitted photo. We receive entries from more than 20 countries and considering the number of entries, we are unable to send them back.
